All sales on our online store are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any purchases made on our website.

Please carefully review the product descriptions, images, and specifications before placing your order to ensure you are satisfied with your selection. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the final physical product may differ slightly from the digital mockup. 

For international orders, duties and tariffs are assessed and collected by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are making a non-refundable payment for the product(s) ordered. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund the transaction. 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We may offer an exchange or replacement in such cases, subject to availability and at our sole discretion.
